I am grateful to the receptionist at Marshs Rentals for helping me with the truck pick-up and return process when my UHaul app experienced logging issues. Feedback about UHAUL App: I reserved and paid for this UHaul order using my name, phone number, email ID, and credit card, although my husband was the driver. However, it seems UHaul linked only his name to the app for vehicle pick-up and return. The app frequently displayed errors without providing clear instructions regarding the driver's information, which caused significant confusion during both the pick-up and return processes.

JANET SPicking up the truck could not have been easier. Called and received very good service to check in, inspect truck, and drive away. The pads I requested was neatly inside the cab. Excellent experience with Marsh’s Rentals.

Nancy CI am not sure if this is the responsibility of the location or u-haul as a company, but the exhaust system on our truck was completely gone. It was filling the cab of the truck with exhaust fumes. We were fortunate that we were only using it for a short move and I could drive with the window down. I would have assumed the prior renter left a comment about it needing repaired but not sure. Bottom line is that the truck was loud and hazardous fumes were coming into the cab.

Allan GI don't understand how you can run this type of business with work hours of 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM everyday. I was not able to go over any of the details at the drop-off location because I arrived at 2:00 PM. This looks like the owner does not want to interact with any of his customers.

Vandita BEven after the reservation, office was closed.. We called on the phone mentioned in the reservation but no luck. After 10 mins, some guys called and he was so rude and asked me to follow tons of steps over the phone which was very frustrating.

Henry PThe truck itself and the area was nice, but the online self check in process was a nightmare. I was never given an access code to get the keys, I had to call for assistance, the app wasn't working, and it ended up taking about an hour to finally get the keys to the truck. If a friend was considering renting a uhaul, I while I would recommend this location, I would NOT recommend using the self check-in/pickup process.

Derek PUhaul rep stated if returned early we might get prorated refund. We did return within 9 hours (it was a 2-day rental) and when I called uhaul customer service to inquire I was told there is NEVER an early return refund of any kind ever on a one way rental. We traveled in-state 187 miles. We went out of our way to return truck early.
Michael dWe had a reservation for 8am, but they don’t open till 10am. Took us over an hour to download the app which did not work. Then waited 15 minutes for customer support to get us the password for the lock box which took numerous tries to get open.

Darnell STruck was filthy on thr inside and damaged driver side door made it a challenge to close the door all the way. Wiper blades were barely there. Needed roadside assistance before we even put one item in the truck. The truck leaked water in the Moms attic area. I rented a truck and auto transporter for an 830 mile trip and would have expected a more thorough inspection of the truck before I picked it up. Roadside assistance guy was great. This also caused delays in my move. Very disappointed considering how much money I spent.

Teyonna DThe uhaul I had needs brakes bad I had to drive through town which caused me to use more mileage then I wanted because it didn't feel safe on the highway and it also needs an alignment badly as well I understand people don't take the time to tell you guys these things but that is a huge safe issue for me and I icouldnt get everything some due to lack of safety.

Michael TI wouldn’t to drop off a vehicle at night. It’s dark & remote, somewhat of a dicey appearance & dark. The motion lights only came on when you walk on the dock & quickly turned back off after motion wasn’t sensed. Also, there is poor cell phone coverage in this area.
