The service at my local location was friendly and excellent. I would definitely recommend this location if you're going to rent a U-Haul. However, I have a huge issue with U-Haul Corporate. I reserved my truck for 4:00pm pickup and I even have a confirmation email and other documentation with that information. But for whatever reason U-Haul thought that they could just change my pickup time from 4:00 to 3:00 which caused me to lose my reservation and allowed someone else to reserve my equipment. Needless to say, I will not be using U-Haul ever again.Timothy L.

This location charged me extra because I dropped the trailer off on a Sunday and they were closed for the entire day. It is not my fault they choose to close business from 4pm Saturday to 8am Monday morning and they should not charge me extra for dropping off on Sunday.Bryon C.

Well, we wish the fella that was there upon our return of the truck could have signed the truck in, but yet he had us to go online to sign the truck in!Marie J.
1) Make sure the mileage is explained well. The diagram on your paperwork does not match the diagram in the truck, so that may be confusing for some. 2) Uhaul as a whole needs to update their website, so when customers have to use it after hours to return a truck, they can do so with ease. Fix the first section that ask you to allow them to access your location, so it will resume working and the customer can successfully complete the return process using the website. 3) Uhaul as a whole, work on having the customer take less steps to take this survey. You provide the link in the email with the receipt, but when someone click on the link to take it they have to 1) go find a previous email to get the reservation number or find their paperwork, then 2) once they have the number and put in their last name and email, you send another email with the link to finally take the survey. That is too much. Please simplify it. You are sending us the survey link, so you should already know our identity; pre-populate the reservation number and open the survey with that one link from the email with the receipt.KARLA M.

Business is closed on Sundays and my rental was due back on Sunday. I returned my rental on time but was charged for an extra day. Company requires customers to do their work to check in units or they charge an extra day, which is unwarranted. I rent trailers 12-15 times per year and have rented from this location for over 3 years but will no longer work with them because of poor customer support and poor customer experience. Customers should not be punished for the fact that the business is closed for a full day.Bryon C.

I have used this location several times before with no issue. I requested a pickup which they don't have due to theft. I understand thatâ€¦ I needed the next step up in a small small trucks. Instead of offering me that, which they had. I ask why I wasnt offered the little one when I returned. The guys said oh, I'm sorry, I should haveâ€¦. Even then he could have offered a price adjustment. However, he didn't! It just seemed shifty like it was done on purpose for the higher sale. No it wasn't reserved!WINDY V.
The staff at this location were always very helpful. I was moving my mother to Florida so had to coordinate things long distance. I made several phone calls regarding rates and availability before making final arrangements online and Andrew was always patient with my questions. The trailer was on-site and checkout was a breeze. My mom also had a storage unit and that process was quickly taken care of. I wish all customer experiences were as easy as this one was.Kate G.

Tires weren't good, they were bald. Driving the truck was so hard since it kept sliding side to side. No one wanted to help or replace the uhaul. Very annoying process.Asia R.
The problem was not this location it is uhaul as a whole in Arkansas not being able to fullfill order such as blanks, utility carts, etc and not sending me to a location 2 mile from my house. The loading help I hired was also horrible and even damaged walls. Careful who you subcontract.Patsy B.

The truck was in horrible condition. The top of the truck had a hole which caused water to leak on our belongings. The window handle was broken and the exhaust sounded like a race car. I was able to get moved but feel cheated by such a horrible experience. Trucks like this should not be in the fleet.Khaalis O.
