The truck was great but the back of the truck smelled awful There was a decaying frog in the back that made us nauseous and made our furniture smell.

Hope BI want to be clear that U-Haul’s customer service sucks and their process is stupid. Maumelle U Storage is amazing. UHAUL: Why would you allow me to reserve online, pick out my truck and dolly, pick my coverages/protections, choose my pick up location, choose my drop off location, get a price and send a confirmation email but then when I get to pickup… I have to do that ALLLLL again with a non U-Haul worker? And suddenly there’s a price discrepancy? The day before we are set to pick up, a uhaul representative called, wasn’t very pleasant or helpful and basically told me my choices were to pick up *one* of my rentals in Little Rock (mind you the original location was Conway), then drive to Maumelle for the *second* rental, and then drive back to Conway to finally start packing it up. RIDICULOUS. Andy from Maumelle U-Storage called me (unprompted on my end) about 10 minutes after UHaul did and said he had both rentals I needed and to just come to his location. He said he wasn’t sure why they would tell me to go to the other location in the first place. Maumelle was still farther from my original pick up but atleast it saved us more time and miles! Thank you Andy. And thank you to the man who was there when we picked up, I didn’t get his name but he was struggling with computer problems with a line of people and was still helpful and pleasant!
