I was up charged and now I'm having to deal with Uhaul customer service to get the original booking price honored. They did not have a dolly to give me like I reserved online. The guy at the counter was not very knowledgeable about Uhaul. He called his manager and he manager did not help him, I heard the phone call. Not a good pick-up experience.
