Robert SWell I been at this u haul for about 5 years I get ready to move out I paid my rent for June it was the third day in guy at u haul said they wasn't going to refund me very over priced unit I been loyal for 5 years thousands of dollars when I asked the man about my refund said he would have to email his boss didn't seem to even care from the start I finally took my loss sooo I rent a truck paid for 50 miles think I may need it I drive 20 filled up the tank for them so as I return the truck I was thinking u could take the truck back to any u haul I pull up at kanis location with the truck I asked the guy that worked there was there anything I needed to do he said no I was fine just leave the truck running so I get home no more than 30 minutes later I get a call from the manager at the kanis location name was mac he says I was facing a fee for returning the truck at the wrong location and I needed to drop what I was doing this was 5 pm they close at 7 and to come over immediately and take the truck back to maumelle very poor communication and on the other hand my moving process was then a nightmare I was took for just about all my money I had saved up all because of no refunds on anything they owed me for rent on my unit and 30 miles I never drove I moved to a better storage unit went from 127 to 33 dollars for the same price overall they were good to me but in the end I was treated like scum like I didn't matter when it was time to leave my advice stay away from all u haul unless you just have to I have a family and bills to I'm struggling this month all because of uhau
Joshua CIt would be convenient to have the ability to upload photos to the link from the photo gallery on a cellular phone. EX: My son rented a Uhaul truck in person at the rental site using my debit card and cell number. The link was sent to my phone from Uhaul. My son took photos of the rental on site and forwarded them to my phone for me to upload to the link before driving the truck off site. The link would not allow upload of the photos from my cell phone gallery. The link is only capable of uploading photos directly from the camera.
