The metal ratchet handle was hard to get to release the strap and the strap was frayed on the end. It was the driver side of the dolly. Thanks other than that it was a really nice peice of equipment.

I was charged a gas fee but returned the truck with more gas in it than it was when it was given to me. They told me it was at 1/4 when they gave it to me but charge me again.
