One thing that needs to be improved on is making sure the customer has all paperwork, confirm all email and phone numbers to ensure a safe trip. Also there should be someone in the office during work hours to receive keys when vehicle is being drop off.WILLIAM M.

Give better directions on this location. Also, I do not understand why I had to go 15 miles out of my way to pick up a truck here, when I live and made the reservation at the uhaul facility a little more than a mile from my house.NICK B.
