The problem is the staff at these U haul facility, have no clue how to rent a U haul. I was sent from one place to another. The 2nd location was able to help. She had to call her manager, and her m manager does it from home. It was a very long process. Why have an elderly w omen working there that plainly said. " I don't know how to rent one. I need a receipt sent to my email please. My house flooded. They promised to send me a receipt. Have received it yet. So if I don't get a receipt and u keep employing such workers that don't know how to do their job. Its so unprofessional.

The 12x6 trailer had no way to raise the hitch in to position to get it on my vehicle. It was very heavy to lift and I couldn’t lift it on to the vehicle hitch. I had to use my car jack and try and raise it up so I could back up under it. Very bad situation and safety concerns.
