The guys were nice about the rental especially for our first move, but the trucks were dirty. We ended up cleaning it really well and all was good!
Abby SThe only problem I had was ... I was given the vehicle with a little more than a quarter tank. I only drove it 8 miles. I first put in $7 of gas in it but it didnt move the gauge so I put in another $5 (for a total of $12). That would be approx 3 gallons of gas to cover my 8 miles of travel and still the gauge did not move. I assume a possible broken/stuck gauge. I was ok with that because I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel (based on the gauge) BUT when I got my receipt I was charged additional $10 for 2 more gallon of gas. So in the end I paid $22 in gas to travel 8 miles. I could have complained but it wasn't worth the effort. However, you may want to mention to them ... that vehicle MAY have a broken or stuck gas gauge.
SONNY MI did the app drop off so did not have any interaction with personnel (location is closed for repairs anyway). Drop off process took a long time, unsure if it was due to poor cell reception or the app being slow, but I had to restart the process several times.
James NThere was no dolly yet I was charged for one. After my pickup location was changed by a representative.

RUSTIN HHorrible, again this was not the drop off location I wanted. There was nobody there and the place was under construction with half of the location taped off. Never using U-Haul again.
Stephen BConfirm it is self serve before day of. A little confusing. Had trouble finding the lockboxes due to chaotic parking lot with lots of construction.

Alexis WThe rental vehicle I received was so old and didn't even have working brakes!. I was using complete my strength on brake pedal to stop vehicle. I was absolutely terrified to drive it. Thankfully, by some miracle, nothing bad happened and I was able to finish moving all my household stuff.
Gunasekaran VI placed a reservation a month in advance. I reserved 1 appliance dolly and 2 utility dollies along with the truck. Associate informed me there were no appliance dollies and only 1 utility dolly available. But I had a reservation? Fine. He brought out what he claimed was a "utility dolly", but was actually a furniture dolly. It didn't have a handle. I didn't reserve one of those. He tried to pass this off as a utility dolly. I showed my order and pictures from u-haul website of what I expected. I didn't take the furniture dolly. Truck had less than 1/4 of gas. Yet we weren't supposed to return it with less than a 1/4 tank?? Make it make sense. When we returned the truck, we were asked if we filled up the tank! HA! Place was a total hustle. Nice try, but I dont play that. My original reservation was quoted around $80. I ended up paying around $30. Looks like the hustle was on you, homie.
Jenny SI wash charged for a furniture dolly that I reserved but was not provided with. The on-site staff member was rude and demanded my vehicle key so he could personally check the odometer and did not let me return the key myself.
