I did the app drop off so did not have any interaction with personnel (location is closed for repairs anyway). Drop off process took a long time, unsure if it was due to poor cell reception or the app being slow, but I had to restart the process several times.

There was no dolly yet I was charged for one. After my pickup location was changed by a representative.

RUSTIN HHorrible, again this was not the drop off location I wanted. There was nobody there and the place was under construction with half of the location taped off. Never using U-Haul again.
Stephen BConfirm it is self serve before day of. A little confusing. Had trouble finding the lockboxes due to chaotic parking lot with lots of construction.
