A person at the gas station told me that after checkin i will get a code on app, but there was no code and no info on how to get keys. When I called customer care, they said I would send someone to give you keys. I kind of wasted 30 minutes in this back-and-forth. Finally, the gas station guy was able to find the keys for me, but my expectation was to get clear instructions on how to get the keys, which i didnt get.
