Good signage. Literally on a hill in the hill country west of San Antonio. No problem finding it. Again, thnx for the signage. :). Lot is clean with lots of room to turn around a truck and trailer with no issues. Had problems with my phone service so doing the online return was challenging but U Haul reps helped me out and the manager of the return site answered and returned all my inquiries even though it was after hours and he was off site. Overall....it was a good experience. Thnx to all.

Did not receive Dolly. Then had to go to another location and rent a new one. I tried to call customer service to make sure we don’t get charged for a Dolly we didn’t get and after being transferred to 7 people was told nobody could help us.

$.99 a mile sure is high for renting a vehicle.

the online rental experience was not good.... took an hour to get the truck..... the people I spoke to were excellent.,,, but the phone / internet process was enough to not do it all again (the support staff saved the day)

There are no U-Haul employees on site to ensure the customer can obtain the rental equipment, and U-Haul did not provide me with any instructions about how to get access to the rental truck keys from a lock box. I was able to make phone contact with someone associated with the Medina Lake Secure Storage Co. (phone # on locked gate) who gave me the lock box combination. This allowed me to get the keys and obtain the rental truck.
