John HMy only complaint is that the padlock provided did not match the key that was with the ignition key. Other than that, the whole experience went flawlessly.
AnthonyR SNo! Didn’f get the extra day as promised by U-Haul. Pick-up was changed three times just kept getting farther away each time. Contract printed so small you needed magnifying glass to read it. Trailer was dirty inside. Overall needs improvement.

jay rWe had a hell of a time getting the key from the lockbox, we had to call customer service, which got disconnected twice and had an extremely hard time hearing them because it's right next to a busy street. We nearly didn't show up on time for the movers we paid for because it took nearly a half an hour to get the key. I turned in the key that night after I locked the truck into the dropbox and got a call almost 2 weeks later asking if I returned the truck back and what I did with the keys. I will be using a different moving truck company going forward
