i was charged $12 for gas. I fueled the truck to where it was when i picked it up. Wondering why i was fuel charged.

I am so pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The process has been refined to account for everything and eliminate unneeded steps. The people I worked with in Denver as well in The Villages in Florida are excellent and care about customer service. Keep up the great work. I plan to use UHaul for my move with their truck boxes. I’m not sure if it was a typo or the system is messed up but, the online rates say $0.59 per mile and I was charged $0.69.

Lower you prices. They are ridiculously high this trip alome was very expensive and there was no gas in the truck. I have always lived uhaul but never again. Next time I used Pensky

Truck was covered in ice even though it hadn’t snowed for several days. Truck was not equipped with the furniture dolly as requested. Only 1 truck was available for rental at this location.

The app did not work for uploading photos upon dropoff. It would let me take the photo, but would load and never upload so could not proceed with the process. I restarted my phone and same issue.
