Nicolas CTruck was covered in ice even though it hadn’t snowed for several days. Truck was not equipped with the furniture dolly as requested. Only 1 truck was available for rental at this location.
Ryan TThe app did not work for uploading photos upon dropoff. It would let me take the photo, but would load and never upload so could not proceed with the process. I restarted my phone and same issue.
