This was a new location to pick up a U-Haul at and there is still some things that need to work be on. I was charged for 2 days when I only had the vehicle for 7 hours. It’s took several phone calls until I finally got ahold of someone from U-Haul who could help. He was great & did it with no issue. I would not recommend going to mega mart…I would just go to U-Haul directly from now on.

FELICIA EMgmt staff at this location was excellent to work with. Truck was in great shape mechanically. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars as there was debris in the cargo area including screws, bolts, sharp pins, and spring clips, which would have scratched furniture or dropped on to the pavement which could get into tires. I swept out the back of the truck with a broom and got a single dustpan full of parts and pieces before I used the cargo area. I also swept it out again before returning it, like every customer should do. All else was great!
GARRETT PI want to thank Nick for calling and getting me set up over the phone made it so much easier and when I returned the manger there was also truly amazing. After a long day and the movers being an hour late and then taking the keys with them by accident and i had to go get them 16 miles away. The U-Haul people were amazing to me. thanks
