I was told to put a down payment down, and after I return the U-Haul, the down payment will be returned. My down payment was not returned and every time I rent a U-Haul I fill up the gas tank and my card is still charged for gas when I get a tank it’s usually halfway or full. I put it back to where I got it. And customer service is always terrible. I will be contacting corporate.
