didnt.t know this was a remote pick up and drop off as I scheduled this for an open location, I got a call from a manager that said to pick up; on Broadway location ,OK, drop off came with few instructions and I also ordered furniture pads which I didnt get. I called the 800 number to let them know no furniture pads and that I shouldnt be charged for them they let me know they would take this off my bill , but today when I got my receipt my bill actually went up $10 and guess what furniture pads still on there! They also let me know that it was showing still checked out to me WTH! Poor service won't be doing this again!

No idea what they are doing, drop off person was totally rude, and didnt know anything about it as far as UHAUL goes....I would say ignorant and rude .
Mark VThe dollies I ordered were not in the truck. Staff with the partner business/pick up location were not Uhaul employees and could not help us when the app did not tell us where the keys were. We had to drive all the way across the city to get dollies at an actual location and the staff there looked lije they would rather get their teeth pulled and still didn't have the all the we had ordered. Staff appeared used to the situation where additional equipment was not in the trucks that were ordered online and picked up at partner locations. I would encourage anyone asking to rent a truck and equipment to use anyone besides Uhaul.

GENE SThe locks where the u-haul keys are a little tricky to get in to you have to hold the lock just right
Alexis BI requested in person check out and this location didn’t offer that. It cost me half an hour trying to figure out how to get checked in. And I was on a tight schedule so that screwed up my day. So I don’t know why they changed me to this location from the one I originally booked. Once I got a hold of someone on the phone, she was great! I would have been in trouble without her.
Trevor LPick up and drop off was very difficult. Took over 30mins to do both. Onsite staff had no idea how to assist. A representative had to come assist - he was great. When I returned the vehicle my initial receipt miscalculated the mileage and overcharged me. That issue was resolved by a very helpful woman. She was efficient and understanding. However the whole experience was unpleasant. I will not use an automated service or third party vendor ever again nor will I recommend to anyone. The process doesn't save time or money.
