It was odd having a UHAUL location in a convenience store. There was no staff dedicated solely to renting UHAUL equipment. Although I did not have any delay in service, I can foresee a longer wait for service if the staff is currently dealing with convenience store customers. I lifted the trailer onto my hitch because I did not believe the female staff would have been able to lift the weight without assistance. On the return, I also lifted the trailer OFF of the hitch. There was an employee at the location, but he was clearly there only to serve convenience store customers. I do not believe he would have had the strength or knowledge to disconnect the trailer.

Amos WIt was clear someone had smoked in the Uhaul. We were given a code to get the key but then not told where it was parked and had to walk all the way around to pick it up. The address for this location on the Uhaul site took us to a neighborhood and just stopped. Not a good experience.

Derek HThe only issue/suggestion would be to let people know they need an adaptor for the plug in/brake light plug. It may have said with the reservation information but I missed it. If you know what kind of plug the trailer has you can get it in advance. Everyone was very helpful and kind!
