Nothing it was a great experience. I usually rent from a different location but this is much closer to home and the check out/in was much quicker.

The only issue/suggestion would be to let people know they need an adaptor for the plug in/brake light plug. It may have said with the reservation information but I missed it. If you know what kind of plug the trailer has you can get it in advance. Everyone was very helpful and kind!
