This reservation was made at a location that was 3/4 mile from my apartment and the local UHaul company moved my reservation to another location 7 miles away which caused me to need to make 2 more reservations for vans instead. Biggest scam by UHaul and I was never notified. Will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION

The staff were not trained how to handle the return.
John VMaybe check with customer to see if there is a closer location. I had have a Mega Saver 4 blocks from my house but I had to drive like 4 miles for this pickup location.
Shane GMy only disappointment was the location of the truck.I reserved the location of 41st St in Sioux Falls,SD 57106. I was moving only four blocks. The next day my reservation was "updated" forcing me to drive an additional six miles,which included construction. The staff at 501 N Minnesota were outstanding in customer service both picking it up and dropping it off. thank you,
