I could not get anyone to help me. The drop of location was confusing and I went inside the store for several minutes and could not get a single employee to even come to the counter. Terrible experience, I will never use that location again!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLiterally the worst uhaul experience I've ever had.
Larry CI didn’t have contact with any personnel.
James MThis reservation was made at a location that was 3/4 mile from my apartment and the local UHaul company moved my reservation to another location 7 miles away which caused me to need to make 2 more reservations for vans instead. Biggest scam by UHaul and I was never notified. Will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION
Matthew LThe staff were not trained how to handle the return.
