The fellow was great to deal with and I would recommend that anyone renting a trailer or truck should see him at anytime. I've been there a few times and he has been a cordial and helpful all times.

Vehicle has a noisy exhaust which is likely due to an exhaust leak. Radio speaker only works on the drivers side. The vehicle worked and got the job done.

GARY SI mean for starters? How about making a unified price tag. Like 150 km for $100 or 200 for $125. Something that actually both saves us money and makes you money. This is significantly more important; for the love of god I don’t think I’d come to uhaul if I was 25 or older because of this; tell me why the truck has 25% fuel? Why is it 25%? That’s terrible and is risky someone like me who could overlook the gas indicator could drive it to 0 without noticing and BOOM Parked on the side of road woth potential damage to the car. Also please look into fuel pump issues that arise out of going under 25% tank. The fuel pump on these things does show from how it drives a lag before the damn thing can pull in gas after the throttle is opened. Why do you think that is? Simply put, fuel pump breaking down due to friction and sucking in fumes rather than gasoline. Last thing is a positive comment, those things are actually easy ti drive I loved the experience despite hating the bill! It was my first time driving a 20ft and compared to other similar models your excel in terms of enjoyability, wish there was a bluetooth feature to actually enjoy music I want to listen to on modern phones. Maybe a digital dash set in KM? I was using google maps speedometer because I notice the speedometer was in miles over km which means the km are around ~10 kmh off depending on your speed. The one I driven specifically? Gear slippage on take off and automatically set in tow/haul mode, terrible for gas.

HYUNG SI hired a moving service through U-Haul. I paid for two people. Only one showed up. He had never worked for them before. He was great, but I paid for two people to help not one so I had to help out - essentially filling in for the other employee.

PASI NPaper work indicated the vehicle was 7/8 full at time of rental. Vehicle was driven 124 kilometres and $40.00 of gas was topped up to bring the tank up to FULL. This location marked the vehicle as having only 3/4 tank and charged an additional $26.69 Fuel Charge for 16 Litres of fuel. Where did they put the Fuel if the tank was already full. They did not come out to the vehicle to verify its condition or Fuel status upon return. I recommend using an alternative location as this one is not transparent in their actions. Vehicle had over 86,000 miles and ran rough.

HYUNG SThe location closed early on Sunday at 5:00pm as posted. So I planned to return my trailer in the morning when it was supposed to open at 8:00am. But when I got there, the location was closed with a note that it would be opening at 10:00am. I had to work, so left it in the parking lot and checked it in online. The online service was great, but there was no one there to give me a receipt to confirm the trailer was not damaged. Even when I picked up the trailer, I did not receive a paper contract copy. The instructions on the web app for checking said to drop the contract copy in the key drop off if the locations was closed. The human element was lacking at the location - no contract copy and no notice of the changing hours and drop off procedures.
DOUGLAS KAm extra staff member would have been great since there were 10 people waiting in line, and this location has an extremely small entryway. The team was great and they helped us install the trailer. Thank you!
