HYUNG SThe location closed early on Sunday at 5:00pm as posted. So I planned to return my trailer in the morning when it was supposed to open at 8:00am. But when I got there, the location was closed with a note that it would be opening at 10:00am. I had to work, so left it in the parking lot and checked it in online. The online service was great, but there was no one there to give me a receipt to confirm the trailer was not damaged. Even when I picked up the trailer, I did not receive a paper contract copy. The instructions on the web app for checking said to drop the contract copy in the key drop off if the locations was closed. The human element was lacking at the location - no contract copy and no notice of the changing hours and drop off procedures.
DOUGLAS KAm extra staff member would have been great since there were 10 people waiting in line, and this location has an extremely small entryway. The team was great and they helped us install the trailer. Thank you!

AZZEDDINE TCustomer service was great. The whole experience was quick and efficient. The only thing that I noticed were the ratchet straps on the car hauler I used needed to be lubed. Other than that I am very happy!

ROSEMARY VSuper helpful UHaul employee helped me with the check in and helped me put a lock on the truck. He made the whole process very easy and less stressful for me as someone who has never rented a truck before. The truck was super clean and only had 10k miles on it. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process of renting and returning. Very positive experience!

Justin PWhen returning the trailer, I mentioned that one plastic piece was missing from trailer. Muhammed immediately said he would fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. He created a calm and reassuring environment. Even though this location is farther from my home, I always choose it whenever I need U-Haul because it gives me extra confidence and excellent customer service.

Jamie CU-Haul worker banged the trailer into tailgate of my SUV. It left a big dent. He contacted U-Haul and reported the damage but I am still waiting for someone from U-Haul to contact me so I can take the vehicle to body shop to get it fixed.

DOUGLAS SNot convenient hours for such a large rental location. Closed at 4 pm. Called their phone number but the phone just went to "number not available". No instructions on how to return after hours. Eventually found out what to do on-line. Store front was closed but it looked pretty dirty inside.
