Be more organized, the place looks like a dump

Tim LI was given a very old trailer with broken suspension after completely loading the trailer, it was easy to low to the ground on the driver's side so had to be unloaded me towed away drying me back a day and a half.
Erin Wthe person who was at counter accepted the key and did NOT view the truck or if the blankets were there or take down any info so we were at their discretion to give the final summary - and thank goodness all was fine but it should be done with a person, while dropping off.
Wayne MI dropped off the trailer after hours, so the question as to whether the personnel were helpful is non-applicable.
Dominic MMy reservation was at 10:30. I was checked in at 11:45. The system was extremely slow and a lineup of 5 people ahead of my took that long to clear. Then I'm not even sure if I was charged for the whole 3 hours that I booked or what I was left of that time.
Navid tFriendly staff and the truck I got was clean but ran poorly and the check engine came on while I was driving. Made me worry about the truck not starting at some point. It still started fine, but I still worried about it until I successfully returned it.

James COnly one reception and there was a long delay, which could have been delayed by having the second person. This person had to answer the phone, register the costumers, provide the keys and help the to get the trucks, while everyone else is waiting. Other than that, I was very happy with the service.

sonu sWe had reserved a 5x8 trailer at another location and then 20 minutes before we arrive they told us they didn’t have a trailer for us, sent us to another location and there they gave us a 6x12. When you make reservation for a specific trailer in advance you should what you reserved at the location you reserved it at. The staff was not helpful at the original location at all and also rude we we questioned it. Merivale location was fine

John MI dropped my truck off after hours and processed everything through the UHaul app. There was a big lot that made it easy to park the truck and the drop off key box was easily found.

Wondimu SThe truck had very little gas. I only needed to drive 50 km or so, but the low fuel indicator came on after driving only 10 km! Very annoying.
Jeff NThe actual rental process - picking up and dropping off the van - at 1515 Merivale was top notch. The explanation below is why they are getting a below average rating. The night before the rental we received a call and were asked to pick up our rental at 2775 Moodie which we were amenable with. When we showed up the day of to pick up the rental there was no one at 2775 Moodie. After many phone calls and many minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service we were eventually redirected back to 1515 Merivale to pick up our rental.

Lillian RBack parking lot is horrendously damgerous. Pot holes and cracked pavement deeper and wider than ive seen. Otherwise experience was fine.

VINCENT HMake sure that the rental is clean before a customer picks it up for there reservation because when I went to pick it up at 6am I found that there was feces smudged all over the furniture blanket bag and on the dolly wheels and also on some spots on the floor and then I had to delay my move by 2 and a half hours waiting for a new truck and the person at the counter was give sinai remarks and uncalled for comment

XUE FVehicle was incredibly sketchy to drive. Felt like it was going to fall apart going down the road. This company clearly does not take any pride in themselves despite being outrageously expensive. Will never use UHaul again.

amanda oEasy pick up experience at this location. Truck: Headlight was not bright and flickered while in motion. Engine kept dropping a gear and revved high for short periods of time - very loud.
