Christopher S.I reserved blankets for my move but the location had insufficient quantities and could not provide, which is a big problem, when moving furniture. The administrator at the location blamed UHaul for not providing enough blankets and washed his hands of the problem. In my world, a reservation is a reservation and not following through and without even an advisory, is completely unacceptable.
