The app keeps freezing and had to redo the drop off processus 3 times.

erskine sWhen I dropped off truck location was closed I left the keys in the door slot, took pictures of the truck, gas meter and keys in the door slot for my own proof. Would have been nice if someone was there.
patty bSurprisingly large number of UHaul trucks for a run down strip mall location. Luckily there's an empty adjacent lot to stop and do the "photo shoot" for the online documentation when returning the truck.
