Always closed. 3pm closed, have to wait for this person to open the doors. Returned truck no one there, no one opens the door. I dont want to do online. I want a person and this location is aweful.

When I got there, my van size and dolly I reserved were not there. We worked to find an alternative solution, but it was annoying that my reservation was not accommodating
Sidney AThe location is terrific, u-haul not so much. I received a call ten minutes prior to my reserved pick up time while on route to pick up my rental. I was informed the truck I reserved would be late as the last customer had informed U-Haul they were running late.
