I reserved blankets for my move but the location had insufficient quantities and could not provide, which is a big problem, when moving furniture. The administrator at the location blamed UHaul for not providing enough blankets and washed his hands of the problem. In my world, a reservation is a reservation and not following through and without even an advisory, is completely unacceptable.
Donald W.There was no information on the web site when we reserved about paying to replace the gas used. We knew we would be charged .79 per km but were surprised we would also be expected to pay to replace the gas. It was not the money but the surprise extra cost. We basically has no choice. Not a good business practice.
