The people there were great, however, they did not show me how to use the chain under the trailer to secure my car. I was told in the destination that the chain must be used.Reza K.

This place was very disappointing. First of all, there are no obvious signs at night and it is easy to miss. Secondly, there was no application dolly prepared for my reservation, which made the move very difficult. Lastly, the service that was not provided was still charged and no argue opportunity for customers.He W.

No truck was available despite my having booked one. It showed up 1/2 hour late and made me late. I suggest customers are told they have a fee / penalty to pay when returning truck late.LUCY C.

This was a total disaster. I had reserved a 9 foot cube for a 1 way trip. I get to the location and the store is closed and won't open until 10am. I needed the truck by 8am. I was told to simply login to the site and confirm pickup, except there was no way to pick up keys from the store. The site would not log me in so that meant there was no option to get this truck. I had to go to multiple locations to find what I needed. This process was a total disaster. I will never rent anything from this company again.Connie W.

Very friendly and helpful service. Van was clean and worked well. No problems at all, so five stars. The Uhaul app and web interface did not work well for me, but they happily sorted everything out for me at the pickup location.Trevor H.
I originally booked for 1pm as it was the time that worked best for me. The truck was cancelled the day before because it was unavailable and moved to another location. I got a call at 730 am day of the move to ask if I can come get the truck earlier, as the store was closed and the employee was only there to give me the truck. So I went around 930, to pick up the truck and the manager tried to convince me to bring the truck back to his location and â€œdo him a favourâ€. I was moving across the city and was not coming back this way. He tried to convince me that he was doing me a favour by coming in na getting me the truck. I already drove further to get it as Uhaul didn't have it available for me at my selected location. Also, I came in much earlier than my booking because he asked me to. Also, I purchased 24h. I was hoping to be able to use it in the morning the next day as well (as I had friends available to help me, that's why I booked a 1pm pick up and drop off) I came in early for the employee and picked up the truck at 10am but the return time was set at 8amâ€¦ don't know why I was charged for 24 hours if I didn't get to use it and was forced to come earlier than I wantedâ€¦Geoffrey P.

The gentleman was very nice at the desk considering he had 5 customers that booked through the uhaul website for which he didn't have a vehicle, somehow the system was overbooking for his location, but he rented me the van for the time I needed to pick up a large item down the street. Total time was 45 min, total km was 8 km. What I wasn't happy with was the van I rented was nearly empty of gas, I had wanted to fill it up so I wouldn't be charged the outrageous price per litre for not filling it up. I am not sure how I ended up paying over $40 for a van rental of 45 min??? I was charged $11 in gas for using 1.8 litres which isn't possible for the 8km/45 minute trip which included 10 min parked at the store. So although the office was pleasant the price tag was not and for this experience I will not be renting from uhaul again.Marlies P.
