I really liked the self checkout. Very efficient. However the location is awkward to get into. The pavement in the parking lot is badly cratered.

NEIL CWhoever used it last left a couple shovel full of soil in the trailer. No big deal given the lower layer in my payload was in bins, but still should not have been there.Otherwise, price was ok, staff was good, and the trailer was good except the gate should been dismountable. The very short gate hinged at the rear and too short to wheel something on or off and I twisted my ankle twice backing back off the bed to the ground as my foot landed on the high angle of the gate. Either a side hinged gate or a removable won would be better..

Nicole CPrior to getting to this location, trying to arrange the booking of this closed trailer was extremely stressful and caused me a great deal of distress, crying, frustration and much more. The booking people are very inefficient and the process was horrible. It was also changed multiple times and I was given improper information. I got text messages about bookings that I did not have and phone calls telling me that I couldn't have what I booked online. Because I had no option but to use your services, I called the individual places that I was picking up and dropping off and it was only because of the people there that I continued and did finally use your services. Services. If it were not for them you would not have had my business once again. You need to fix the booking services and the people that are working them and your processes for doing the bookings. Your individual site managers are the only reason that I continued the booking for this particular move. It's far worse than when I booked 5 and 1/2 years ago to move from Michigan to Ontario. You need to fix this and do it quickly because for a company, your size and the amount of money you take in you should be able to provide better customer service without causing distress to the very people that are keeping your business running. The location was difficult to see from a very busy road. The gentleman working there was excellent and extremely helpful which makes up for the difficulty in finding the place

LEE FLocation rating is average because it appears to be a work in progress; clean workable could be upgraded but it is not really necessary to do what is needed. Good selection of vehicles. The counter rep was great. The vehicle was perfect for what I required. It was easy to drive and manoeuvre. The cost was better than I expected. I will recommend this location.
GARNET SThe Office is a mess, it felt like it was under construction, but wasn't under construction. There were things piled everywhere, it was dirty, and very unorganized. Definitely not a polished clean U-Haul location like others I have used in the past. The back lot was also piled up with garbage, and the lot was very rough with lots of potholes.

PETER RI tried to use the U-Haul app to obtain a van off-hours. Spent an hour and a half there trying to upload photos of condition of some dents - absolutely horrible mobile app and experience where the uploads wouldn’t work. Had to wait until the location manager showed up. He was great. He was flexible on return time, and made the experience bearable. I guess you just have to avoid off-hours rentals

PETER BI was absolutely not satisfied with the service. First of all, I arrived at 8 a.m. The sign said they open at 8. Okay, I waited until 10. Only at 10 a.m. did someone finally show up and things started working. Then, when I returned the truck, it said they were open until 4 p.m. I arrived at 3:45, and everything was already closed. I didn’t like that. Maybe I need to wait, but the facts are the facts: I was charged twice for the truck rental, and it's already been three days without a refund.
Oleksii Bwe rented a 12X6 trailer to deliver logs. One of the tired exploded mid-transit...you could tell it was clearly damaged before the pop. We were delayed by 2 hours and lost money on our deliveries.

RODOLPHE LWell unfortunately smokers rent your equipment and smoke in it; which is beyond your control. As a non smoker; the smell was a little too much to handle. It would be great that some air fresher could be sprayed in it after someone smoke in. It might be a bit too much to do but just giving my feedback! Tks
CARLTON FOverall, this process was seamless. Quick pick-up, super easy check-in at the end of the day and the price, other companies just don't compare. Extremely cost effective. The gentleman working the desk was very friendly. I would use U-Haul and more specifically, the Merivale location again.

JOSEPH RHello uhaul, my contract number is 27758352. I had just returned my rental of a small cargo van I used for under 1.5hrs. I was quoted $48.30. I drove about 21.6km total. I had went to the gas station and put in a few dollars of gas and the bar was just touching the Full symbol. ([F] so I didn't need to put much at all. I just got the final receipt and the gas meter he put Shows that it was a quarter length below the F when I know for a fact it was touching the F when I returned it. I was charged an extra $15 or more for this when I know for sure i made sure it was on the F and I didn't take a picture of it because I trusted i was fine. But now I wish I should have taken a picture in this situation. Can you please rectify the situation as I'm a loyal uhaul customer and I returned it on a full tank. He may have seen a sliver below the F I'm not sure but it definitely was not a quarter below the F or 15 dollars below it. It just makes me feel used a bit and it's not trustworthy. I would like a picture if anything from his end for show but I don't think he took one. I wish I took one unfortunately I didn't expect to in this scenario. Please if you rectify this small mishap I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much Tarek 613 229 9339

FRANCO LPut a sign on location entry from the main road as it is not showing that U-haul sign. I missed it twice and had to drive around to be able at the end to see the correct entry point.
