My experience was vastly mixed: The gentleman that helped me at 1515 merivale on the day of pick up was 10/10 with excellent customer service. As for the rest: I booked my u-haul 8 ft van a month in advance for an 8a.m. app pick up. Then 2 days prior to pick up i get a call offering an upgrade to a 10ft cube truck with a discounted mileage rate if I switch to 36 Bentley as its a new pick up location and they kept the pick up time 8 am. Great I take it. Show up to 36 Bentley, app won't let me pick it up, support tells me I can't app pick up trucks, the building doesn't open until 11am. Absolutely wasted my time. Thankfully the phone support person was also nice and was able to get me a different rental at 1515 merivale but there were suddenly no vans left.
KODY CAgent was well experienced, knowledgable, very helpful and courteous. Super organized and had us in and out of there in record time. Allowing us to pack up our trailer and go.

Alexander YThe service and easy ability to book online was great. We did order moving blankets and dollies which were not available and were only informed of this on the morning of the move. I could have had access to other dollies but I had declined them since I had rented some. I had not realized that it was only if available and I had assumed they would have them since we were moving on the 7th not the 1st. Other then that everything was great.

HEATHER CI left the same garbage i got in the truck and i have got 30 extra miles because i have to pickup from outside of my city. But in ottawa after dropping the guy told me ok good to go. But later he charged me for the fuel and for the cleaning as well. I am raising a dispute for my $76 cad dollar. Very poor service
Nitin PNo moving blankets available, I also did not book this location. In the past have used this location and mysteriously been charged to fill whole tanks of gas when I didn’t pick it up full and other random charges like that. All been submitted to U-Haul as complaints that never were addressed at all. So overall, yeah not a great location to me. That’s why I specifically booked elsewhere and I was auto switched to a location tha couldn’t 100% fulfil my order- way to go U-Haul!

ERLIN Kthe guy scammed me with extra insurance charged me extra 37$ for gas and extra day when i was late for about an less hour will be putting a bad google review too, refused to give me original bill, then printed a different one. he tried to put larger insurance number and gas then added the day extra instead.. i drove a total of 9 miles that is it . because i didn't nee to use it after i took it. and was rude and condescending

STEWART MThe U-haul service was good. It is the app that was the problem. It kept having start over and over the process. It was not loading properly and get to the next step of my pick-up.

PIERRE LLot of ice on the trailer. The left front binder strap was blocked. It took me 30 minutes to unblock the binder at minus 16 C

There was no trailer lights on the passenger side When I went to drop the trailer off at a U-Haul dealer on Prince of Wales Dr. They told me they would not accept the trailer and I had to take it to another location. He was very rude about it and smug. My pick up location was great. My final drop off location was great on Merivale Road..
