There was a long wait time in the morning around 8am when i went in, it will be a good idea to have a second staff at the front desk to help reduce wait time. The front desk staff was friendly and polite.

Matthew SI am contacting you regarding my recent U-Haul rental. I made a mistake and filled the gas tank to full, whereas I only needed to bring it back to the initial level. I paid $40 for the fuel, which far exceeds what I used for the mileage driven. I would like to request a partial refund for the extra gasoline left in the truck.

MOHD AThe first location didn't have the car hauler but was very accommodating and found me one not too far away. However the strap for the front passenger side where you ratchet it was very badly fraid more then half thee width and was very worried so made many stops to keep an eye on it.
Jeremy dTighten the bolts holding the hitch so there's no rattling and adjust the hitch properly for a 2" ball. There is too much play.

stephane mI don't think they need improvement. Very friendly, quick and helpful. Their equipment look good. I'm refering to the box of the trucks. Not swept out. So there was a lot of sand and grit. My son who used to drive long distance was the one who said they didn't clean. There supposed to make sure the inside of the box is clean because you just don't know what is going to be in it. In spite of that (which in my opinion is not a big deal) I would not hesitate to recomend this location to anyone.

patty bSurprisingly large number of UHaul trucks for a run down strip mall location. Luckily there's an empty adjacent lot to stop and do the "photo shoot" for the online documentation when returning the truck.
Jerry SI have moved three times in the last five years and have used a UHAUL truck every time. As usual, I was able to rent a truck for my preferred time with no problems picking up and dropping off the rental. That ease is what keeps me coming back.
