Honor the price I had from an email reservation. I ended up paying $679 instead of the$162 I had a reservation for. I was in a pinch to get a vehicle back to Colorado. Got the total run around with Uhaul. It will be hard to get me to recommend UHaul to anyone right now. Not happy.Matthew F.

I have no complaints of Mesa Feed, I chose this location because I know them. I have a BIG issue with the NORTH AVE, Grand Junction Location. My drop off date was 5/24/21, on 5/22/21 while I was still traveling across two states I received a text message and I phone call from that location basically harrassing me about dropping my trailer off on time because they have a family that needs it. I felt that they were rude , disrespectful intuerupting my vacation for their own needs /profits. Seriously PISSED ME OFF!Jill H.

Quit using the Critical Service Crutch to fleece your customers! $1.09/ mile for weekend rate? Come on, that is theft and to add insult to injury, I had the truck back by 1830 on Friday the same day that I rented it. The weekend is Saturday and Sunday but jacking your milage rate up on the weekend is excessive. Other companies have been impacted by Covid but they are not taking advantage of their customers.Jack P.

I paid for the U-Haul equipment rental in cash, and was therefore asked to include a deposit. This location had a 24 hr drop-off policy but as I was slated to show up on Saturday afternoon after their business closed, I called to inquire how I would obtain the deposit back. I was initially told that they were unsure how this could be done. However, when I showed up on Monday, when their business was again open, there was no issue being given the refund. Suggest that it be communicated to employees that cash deposits can be refunded smoothly, so that they can provide accurate info to future customers.PETER MICHAEL E.

The man did not plug in my lights, and completely failed to mention that my plug type was different than the trailers. I cleaned the trailer well and returned it, but recieved zero refund. Not my worst U-Haul experience, but definitely not my best.KEENAN R.
This was not their fault but I was supposed to get the auto transport at this location but there wasn't one there. Instead I got the transport at Farnsworth in Paonia, which was to my benefit as I didn't have to trailer an empty transport 100 mi to Paonia, which is where I was moving from.Allen F.

The woman who runs this store is very nice. I was dismayed to find that the truck, esp during covid-19, was not only NOT sanitized, it was NOT clean. I scrubbed out the interior of the cab before returning. I also do not feel charging me for eleven miles over, was the right thing to do, esp given that I received an unacceptably dirty truck.Reid C.

Stop doing the $50 guarantee. I was 30min behind and they charged me a another whole day because the next renter waited 15 whole minutes. U-Haul doesn't gain business by the gaurantee. It only gouges other customers.Nathan S.
We had rented a car hauler and the gentleman that had came to hook up the trailer to our car hooked it up said it was fine and we were good to go. So we had drove about 15 minutes away to where the car was at.We started to put the car on top of the car hauler and it came off my car is ball hitch completely. It was never secured only the chains were put on. Also they said that they were busy but we were the last in line and they kept my husband's drivers license but were nice enough to drive it where we were at to drop it off. I would have to say is if you go to thisSpot to pick up any trailers please have your hook up guy check his work it could've been way worse than what it was thank God we realized it when we put the car on the trailer instead of going up passes with the car like that because according to U-Haul Us ourselves cannot hook up the trailer but I would expect to the guy that works for U-Haul to know how to correctly.
