Scott KI dropped the truck when it was closed but I did call them the next day and they were nice. The person I want to call out as EXTREMELY HELPFUL IS JESUS WHO HELPED ME WHEN i CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THE ROLLUP DOOR ON THE TRUCK GOT STUCK ONCE I EMPTIED THE TRUCK. HE WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND VERY CALM AND FRIENDLY. OVERALL UHAUL IS GREAT - I DO THINK THE 15 TRUCK IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE FOR A LONG SOLO TRIP - I BOUGHT A SEAT PAD THE SECOND DAY. IT DID DO WELL ON THE ROAD BUT HAVING CRUISE CONTROL WOULD HAVE REALLY HELPED THE OVERALL COMFORT. THE AC WAS REALLY GOOD AND IT DID WELL OVER THE ROCKIES. I HOPE I DON'T NEED TO RENT AGAIN SOON BUT I THINK YOUR APP AND THE WEBSITE THE RESERVATION SYSTEM IS EXCELLENT.
