Lanise JI forgot to tell you, but the sun visor feel out when I opened it. It goes back in easy, but it feel out just as easy. I would recommend making it more secure, or at least inform the driver beforehand. Other than that, great service, Crystal was very polite, informative, and patient when answering my questions. Overall great job. Thank you

Very much appreciated after a long 2 day across country move. She went above and beyond which you don't come across often anymore. She clearly is skilled at her job and created a welcoming environment.
JE HBe open the hours you say you’re open don’t close in the middle of the day. Had to sit outside in 110 degrees for 45 mins

Robert GI tried to change my drop off location and could not get any help on website so I called the help number and they couldn’t change the location so they transferred me to scheduling and I was on hold for over 30 min before I hung up and just went to the original location to drop off, not a very good customer service plan, very disappointed for the price I paid to rent a small trailer

KORRITA DThe employee working was fantastic, very helpful and went above and beyond to help with my situation. The truck pickup process with the Uhaul 24/7 however, was terrible. The lock code on my truck did not work and had to be cut off. I had to wait until the office opened which negated the convenience of 24/7 pickup, and significantly delayed my moving timeline.

Lance CAdvertise the real price of the vehicles. Your advertisement said $19.95/day. I rented a cargo for 4 hours and ended up at just under $80. It’s a real racket that you run and it’s pretty annoying. If you’re going to advertise a great deal like $19.95/day, at least include some mileage. You charged me $0.69/mile (which comes out to $0.75/mile). Maybe include 20 miles - especially if you’re only going to let me have it for 4 lousy hours! The girl who helped me was fine. She was courteous and gave all of the info I needed.
