The girl at the desk was rude and very snippy I declined the insurance and was still charged for it. Bad customer service and she didn't explain my contract properly

Sam BIt would be wonderful if you could put directions on the lock box for the first time opening it. It took me a bit to realize I had to turn the key lock itself to get it open after entering the code. But overall, had a great experience!
