I was hoping to rent the car hauler on Saturday 6/6 but they closed at 1PM. I was told that they opened at 8am on Sunday 6/7/2026. I arrived with the unit to be hauled at 7:45 as I had a 450 mile trip to perform. Unfortunately, the unit had not been inspected. The straps to ratchet around the tire were wrapped. We finally took the second trailer. I left the facility at 9AM. I have always had good luck with U Haul and was just disappointed that the unit wasn't prepared prior to my arrival.

Alan HUhaul self check in waited until last moment to ask for multiple people to contact for references for me....luckily someone was on site and able to check me in right away and get us moving rather than using the self check in option, saved me alot of headache.
