How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery small and inconvenient parking lot/situation, when prompted to take side photos of the truck, I would have had to stand in the middle of 12th St to get the angle photo they wanted to fit their outline. Realistically only 4 spots for experienced 10’ truck operators. There is also no store/office to speak to a representative at or buy moving supplies. Good for a “in-a-pinch” situation, but otherwise it may be worth it to find a different location for pickup/drop off.
Raven CThe return of the truck was a little concerning. We had a difficult time trying to scan the barcode to login so that we would not be charged any extra fees. We contacted another location for support.
