Have somebody there who actually knows what they are doing and prioritizes the customer that came first, not the customer they can help immediately. I was asked to come back monday because they had no idea what they were doing. I was not able to pick up the trailer at my designated arrival time. Instead it took almost an hour just to get back out of the door. Not to mention there was nobody there to hook the trailer up either. Worst experience at uhaul I have EVER had. It makes me honestly reconsider which moving company I will use next time I need a trailer or truck.
