The service was good overall

EDDY C.I made a reservation here for a truck on Saturday 07/10/2021. I had planned to move that day. I was advised that they open at 9am. I was there at 9am and I nobody over there knows where the office was located. I understand that this is a small shopping center with a lot of offices and little stores. They have no sign. I called to the office phone more than three times and they didn't answer. I called to the 800 number and the lady who answered the phone didn't know at what time the office open. She offered me the nearest office address and she said that they will take care of my reservation. I refuse to go to other locations. I was there already with an uncle who is going to drive the truck. All my furniture was packed and I had the association permission waiting for the truck. I finally found the office door (with a little sign) inside of a mechanic bodyshop. One of the mechanics advised me that the person from the office was eating breakfast at the bakery. When the guy came back it was 9:17am and they supposed to be open at 9am. Two more people were waiting outside, asking for the office too and they also had a reservation. I didn't have a good experience at this Uhaul. I want to let you that I had previously rent vans and truck with Uhaul. I didn't want to continue explaining the situation when I return the truck because this review will be an essay. Thank you

Efrain S.very dirty. I left the place before the final bill was prepared because there was not where to stay out of the rain. I wound up getting a bill for gas which I dont know how it is possible if i brought the truck back with more gas than what I received it with and I was charged an extra day which i too cannot understand if I was told I needed to bring it back by Monday. I dropped it off at 11:20am on Monday.
