My pick up time was delayed 2 hours because this location did not open till 10. There was no one there at 10- the place was a deserted storage gravel parking lot with no personnel. We could have picked up the truck anytime... the keys were in the back of the unlocked truck, available to anyone. Glad the U-Haul phone rep could guide us through the process. And glad no one stole the truck we needed.Kimberly A.
First, had to travel 20 miles from my house 30 minutes away from the location that we reserved the truck for. The truck was ok but transmission shifted bad and fuel mileage was less than 8 miles to the gallon. Should have been given extra miles or something for the inconvenience.Robert D.
No where to drop off the key for the after hours return. Spent over 40 minutes on the phone with the 1800 trying to figure out what to do with the key. Wasted my time sitting there. Probably would stick with budget or Penske after this experience. Also, was charged extra for mileage, but you requested the change for both locations so why do I have to pay for the mileage (14 miles) to get to your pickup location further away. I'd like to be refunded the overage and someone in regional area to be noticed about the drop offJohn G.

Easiest pickup experience we ever had with U-HaulCindy D.
First off, I made the reservation for a location 17 miles closer to my home than this one but U-Haul sent me here instead. I could not find the location and later found that it had one little U-Haul sign that was almost impossible to see from the highway. I called the phone number for the location multiple times and there was no answer. The phone just went to a voicemail that said it was full and could not accept messages. When I called the 800 U-Haul number, they were able to reach someone on another number that only they had, and the girl gave me directions to the store. It turned out to be a large fireworks store/warehouse. When I arrived 5 minutes later, the store was closed (this was 11:00 in the afternoon). I waited 10 minutes until the girl arrived and opened the door. I spent 45 minutes in a dark store with her while she tried to get my reservation. She was never able to make the computer work for her so she put a paper tag that she hand filled out on the key ring and that was my only information. I asked where I drop it off, and she told me just to call the 800 number and they'll let me know.Carl F.
Booked online, received guarantee confirmation. Called location to confirm and was told the vehicle was not available. When questioning the guarantee was told to call 1-800#. Called 1-800 was told should be available and I let the rep know I spoke to location and it will not be available. Asked to cancel and rep hung up on me.Kimberly P.
The availability of trucks seems to be a problem. The logistics must be difficult. The people dealt with in alliquippa and monroeville were very nice.John B.
