The location and truck were great. The app was terrible! When I arrived, I put the information in the app 3 times and still it would not progress to the key. I was needed to call customer support. The second person helped me get to the key. The whole process took longer than when I have reserved a truck previously and had someone process the rental in person. We lost time with the app. I don't recommend the app/remote access. It took far too long to get the keys. The app is also not intuitive. At one point the app is forecasting what is coming with a bulleted list that has checks by the items, unfortunately it looks like I have agreed to something or completed those things but they are coming up. Not completed. That part is confusing. I truly believe that the plan to have trucks located in a variety of places is a great business move, but the app needs work.
Spencer CThe pickup went very smoothly but an error in what had been recorded as the vehicle’s starting mileage caused a long delay when we went to drop off the vehicle. Note that at pickup, there was nowhere in the app for the user to photograph the starting odometer reading so there was no way to know that there was an issue.

STEPHANIE VMy bill was nearly doubled AFTER I dropped the vehicle off with less mileage than in my estimate. We were told .99/mile and we didn’t need to replace gas used. All kinds of fuel and fueling charges were added that were not in my estimate. This must be corrected or I will have to debt the charges through my bank.

The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go right on time. The location is easy to find, and the staff made sure everything was clearly explained before I hit the road. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free.
