they added unreasonable charges. They charged after hours fee that if they had called me could have been taken care of. They charged a cleaning fee For? And it was 25 dollars. How many brooms does that buy and I wish I could make 25 for 3 min. Of sweeping. I called the # given to me and the girl that answered said she would have this location call. Still not heard from them I will not recommend nor use ever again.

Location is hidden, there is only front desk was not very helpful I parked the trailer I was returning no one to help on backing up trailer or removing it from my vehicle I definitely would not recommend it it's self service basically.

The young man who was working was wonderful. His name was Taylor. The problem was with the system working correctly. My card was charged 4 times with strange amounts and was not promptly returned. I am not going to be using Uhaul for my future moving needs.

I had a terrible time trying to pick up with the uhaul app (before the place was open). Then the guy at the counter was just going to make me wait until I was approved through the app, which was taking over 15 minutes already, instead of just helping me. Here wasn't very friendly, but he did end up helping me and getting the job done.

The self return after hours, I spent 40 minutes trying to finagle to app and the website to return the truck. The website kept asking me to take pictures and when I'd take a picture it would start me over. I never got past taking the picture of the interior. Just took my back to the where it has the link to return the truck. I'm very phone savvy and a calm person. But this irritated me almost to the point of breaking. I ended up not doing it and calling in later leaving a message. All other parts of the service went well, pick up, driving and whatnot. Just this part got me on edge.

The chains were left very long and dragged on the ground for a couple hundred miles until it became dark and the sparks visible. People in other cars kept motioning for us to pull over. We did and put them out of the way.

The employee working was named bri and she told me just less than a week ago she had been in COLORADO. Where there have been MANY confirmed cases of COVID-19. She needs to be self-isolated for a minimum of TWO WEEKS. It is completely irresponsible for her to come to work and for UHAUL to allow their employees to put our community at risk.

Had dolley for two days called to let them know it charge me for another day. They called my reference contact after was rude and when I dropped off the same day after yelling them j would bring it back before closing the associate met me at the door took the dolly and stormed off. Xx

Agent Breann was very rude , condescending and argumentative. She refuse to provide name of supervisor when asked to speak to someone else. She also stated she would be the only person working all day so there wouldn't be anyone else that could assist me. I informed her that her approach was unprofessional which she ignored and continued to talk over me to the point where I hung up and called the customer service number.

Uhaul has become notorious at ripping the customer off, by charging them a $20 after-hours fee, or a second day when the item is being rented for a day and it's returned within the day oh, very disappointed in U-Hauls customer service department, they hide they put you on hold for a long time and don't answer the phones right away, kind of hoping that you hang up because you don't have time because you have a job

Front desk person has no energy or customer service skills. My furniture covers weren't in the truck and the self-check system sucks. I am very techy. The lock box for the keys makes no sense. You have to turn it after you enter the code. Put that in the instructions. Also, I had to pay an after hours fee because the self-check system return sucks. When an agent... At the store...says to just drop the keys in the box after you return the truck and then you get charged because you couldn't get back into the truck to do the mileage... That's stupid. I want that $20 fee refunded. If I just did the traditional method of rental, that wouldn't be there... And I had to anyway because the pads weren't in the truck. Horrible experience

Do what you promise. If I ask for a reservation, have the truck ready at the location I request with a full tank of gas on the day I reserve. If you don't do this simple thing, you will lose more customers.

1. The requirement to finish/closing time of 2pm is ridiculous. How many businesses close at 2pm?! 2. Several days ago, I was told “no problem, you can just do the paperwork the following morning.” In actuality, there is a $20 fee to do that, I was not told that.

Make sure the truck is clean and full on gas. The truck was empty on fuel, and Although I added half a tank of fuel, and the added fuel was prorated ($28.47) from the overall final bill ($52.77) stated online and in my email, the price was not prorated and a final bill $53.29 was charged and withdrawn from my bank account

Worker had to be called to come to the office. Was upset that I was returning even though I had an agreement. He had to many trucks on his lot. Upset at how dirty the cab was. I had video to prove that I picked it up that way. Not a happy person.

The app did not work well, I was resetting it for 20 minutes before my order would clear. I much much much prefer to deal with a person over this app/site/system, and I almost never feel that way, I generally prefer online booking to working with an agent.

Wrong pick-up location, slow service, vehicle extremely low on engine oil, no oil at location, had to go to another U-haul location to get oil and when got there a 20ft. truck was there and this was our requested pick-up choice and the one I had reserved 2 weeks prior! They said vehicle had been there since daybreak. I have using U-haul for last 20+ years and this is the first time that have had a problem. Very disappointing. Ed Syslo syslo@hotmail.com

Computer was down and they were not able to do the paperwork manually. I would recommend that people just go to the main UHaul places to avoid this. The customer service clerks were very good, but there was nothing they could do but wait for the system to get back online or running properly.

The young woman that helped me had real attitude. I came in when the store was empty, she scolded me for being late, helped someone else in the middle of my pick up, and acts as if all the clients are stupid. I suspect she has never even pulled a trailer. Snarky with a real power trip despite not knowing how to work the computer system.

Worried about trying to rent a unit for my college aged son when I didn't live in Omaha. It was very smooth process - prompt, courteous, communication! Unit was clean, well lit and secure!
