The female sales rep was friendly at first. Brought back uhaul as agreed. The next day was accused of STEALING the uhaul. She became very accusative of me Refused to call police. Tried to charge more. Said 17 cameras were not able to see the return of truck. I think this was an inside job. I am 71 yrs old. What would I do with a 10' truck?? This location was awesome! I rented two uhauls this week, one from this location and another from 90th and Maple. This small but mighty office showed a vast difference in the two rental experiences. The manager at this location was kind, detailed, and thorough. She made the experience breezy, utilizing the information I provided on the online reservation request, printing out the agreement, highlighting important notes, and communicating what was expected of me. When we pulled in, someone raced out to us to tell us to park the 20ft Uhaul in a tight corner between the building and another Uhaul. She wasn't rude about it; however, the issue is telling someone who has used the truck TWICE in their 60 years of life versus someone who works with the trucks regularly to wedge it into a tight space. Had the truck been damaged, that would have fallen on us despite being told to park it.Aliceya T.

I delivered the truck back by 4pm on Saturday and a charge $20 after hour fee was charged to my credit card. I was not informed at the time of picking this drop off that a $20 fee would be applied. Disappointed of lack of communication and being charged.Brian B.

Received conflicting information at this location by phone vs actual contract when picked up. Was told gas was $5 a gallon if returned unfilled, but contract stated a $30 FEE plus $4 a gallon - huge difference. Was told if dropped off by 9pm and key dropped in box no 2nd day charge. Attempted to do online checking back at 7:55pm but system glitched - finished checking in and dropped off key in box. Next day received statement with 2nd day charged. Called and staff stated they had to checkin so they charged - no record of checkin.. Stated they would have to review security tape "in a couple of hours" and suggested if not happy call Corp and given number. Called corp customer service and they issued credit for 2nd day as they could see checkin started.. Truck also had burns in roof and smelled of smoke doused with Axe cologne. Probably would not lease from this location in future. Would chose a dedicated Uhaul location.Rebecca E.

I don't think having the tank left on "0 miles left to E" should be something I should have to worry about when I rent a UHaul. At least put it at 1/4 tank for your customers to be able to plan appropriately. Also, that truck sounds like it needs some work. It really struggled when it was in tow mode.Kimberly R.
The lady open was really late.the u haul truck need to be cleaned and was not properly fueled.the lady blamed the condition of the truck on the previous customer. not to mention that if I wanted to check myself and she said that I needed to go online and do that I don't understand why you go to facilities only to have to do things yourself I thought that's why employees were there I shouldn't of had to use my mobile data in order to get checked in and get a vehicle. It was completely inappropriate after my experience with her I am not very likely to return the U-Haul again or at least this locationAngel E.

I have rented a u-haul twice from here within the last two weeks. The first time, two weeks ago, I made a reservation on the phone with a gentleman who told me that I could pay cash at this location. Secondly, I asked the gentleman for furniture pads, due to the fact I was moving several mirrors. I arrived to the location to check in at the office. The girl at the front informed me that I couldn't pay cash, lucky I had my card.. She went over paperwork and gave me the keys. I didn't think to double check the truck for the furniture pads. The furniture pads were not in there. No big deal! Accidents happen so I just let it go. I now made a reservation two days ago for today. I made the reservation online so I was sure to press the thing I needed; a dolly. I go through the online process, I mark down that I only need a dolly and it says I have a reservation made, great! It then prompts me to pay & suddenly there are two extra items on the receipt. I cannot figure out how to remove those two extra items, so I just leave them. I figured I may be able to use them. The office there closes at 1 pm today, I was aware of that as I was prepared to do the online check-in. I get there, retrieving the key is easy, taking the pictures, open the back and.. there is no dolly. There is no two extra items either. There is nothing. The office was closed so I was unable to ask. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of responsibility at this location. People, like myself, search out these services because we don't have a truck and a dolly but we NEED a truck and a dolly. It is not a customer's responsibility to ensure the employee is doing their job.Alexis C.

that lady i talked to today after i finished moving was telling me that i have to put in 16 gallons of fuel knowing that i drove at least 12 or 13 miles so i put in 60.00 of fuel and that got to full and she said that if i don't put in fuel i will be charged 5.00 a gallon. that way passed 1/8 of fuel! she did credit me 16.00 but that is not enough! i should be getting my 60.00 back. hope this help. i'm not too happy about this.Keith W.
I returned a clean truck. Yet I got charged a 25$ cleaning fee. With no explanation. I've emailed uhaul to ask them why . Got no response . It's automatic charged to my credit card. There's no way to dispute this charge. Since the Clerk at U-Haul tells me to contact uhaul and I get no response. When I tell my friends about my experience Iam gonna to tell them to wait in the lot for the clerk to expect the truck. Don't leave assuming your good cause u will get a 25 charge for no reason like I did.melissa M.

Dropped truck off after hours. Meaning 2:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Seems like longer hours on a Saturday would be helpful. Truck didn't get checked in so Uhaul was calling me wondering where the truck was and I turned it in 2 days ahead of schedule.Patrick G.

When communicating an early pick up time, no one I spoke to told me about I would need to get the app and get a code to open a lock box. It wasted a good half hour or more to figure that out. The only other thing, I wish the truck had cruise control. Driving 600 miles without it was a pain. Next time I would research companies that had it. Otherwise, the truck worked well and was clean!John R.

This was a great storage unit. There's always somebody there when the place is open. That is always a bonus. The people are always nice friendly and I like that the place is clean. I felt my stuff was safe I also felt that it was going to be kept clean. The only downside to this place is I think that they should have longer hours for a graveyard shift. I live in Texas and unfortunately coming back to Nebraska to try to grab my stuff with a little tough.
