This was a great storage unit. There's always somebody there when the place is open. That is always a bonus. The people are always nice friendly and I like that the place is clean. I felt my stuff was safe I also felt that it was going to be kept clean. The only downside to this place is I think that they should have longer hours for a graveyard shift. I live in Texas and unfortunately coming back to Nebraska to try to grab my stuff with a little tough. But other than that the place is great if I ever needed another place in Nebraska I would definitely use this place again.Roy W. | Overall Experience

1) They don't open until 10:00am and not 1 minute early. 2) They gave me the worst of the 5 trucks to choose from. 3) The gas tank was 3/4 full. It's hard to return the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank. It would be better Customer Service if it was just full when I picked it up so I could easily full it to return it.DAVID R P.

My reservation was originally made at another location. The time was changed the day before my reserved date. Then when we went to pick up the truck it was not back from the previous customer. My new reserved time was from 10-2. No notice was given ahead of time that the truck had not been returned. A truck at this alternate location was found but we lost a half an hour from the 4 hours I paid for. Overall experience was not enjoyable and will likely not use uhaul again but the employees at both locations did the best they could given the situation.Russ S.

they added unreasonable charges. They charged after hours fee that if they had called me could have been taken care of. They charged a cleaning fee For? And it was 25 dollars. How many brooms does that buy and I wish I could make 25 for 3 min. Of sweeping. I called the # given to me and the girl that answered said she would have this location call. The young man who was working was wonderful. His name was Taylor. The problem was with the system working correctly. My card was charged 4 times with strange amounts and was not promptly returned. I am not going to be using Uhaul for my future moving needs.Connie K.

I had a terrible time trying to pick up with the uhaul app (before the place was open). Then the guy at the counter was just going to make me wait until I was approved through the app, which was taking over 15 minutes already, instead of just helping me. Here wasn't very friendly, but he did end up helping me and getting the job done.Jessica M.

The self return after hours, I spent 40 minutes trying to finagle to app and the website to return the truck. The website kept asking me to take pictures and when I'd take a picture it would start me over. I never got past taking the picture of the interior. Just took my back to the where it has the link to return the truck. I'm very phone savvy and a calm person. But this irritated me almost to the point of breaking. I ended up not doing it and calling in later leaving a message. All other parts of the service went well, pick up, driving and whatnot. Just this part got me on edge.Benjamin R.

The employee working was named bri and she told me just less than a week ago she had been in COLORADO. Where there have been MANY confirmed cases of COVID-19. Uhaul has become notorious at ripping the customer off, by charging them a $20 after-hours fee, or a second day when the item is being rented for a day and it's returned within the day oh, very disappointed in U-Hauls customer service department, they hide they put you on hold for a long time and don't answer the phones right away, kind of hoping that you hang up because you don't have time because you have a jobDavid C.
Front desk person has no energy or customer service skills. My furniture covers weren't in the truck and the self-check system sucks. I am very techy. The lock box for the keys makes no sense. You have to turn it after you enter the code. Put that in the instructions. Also, I had to pay an after hours fee because the self-check system return sucks. When an agent... At the store...says to just drop the keys in the box after you return the truck and then you get charged because you couldn't get back into the truck to do the mileage... That's stupid. I want that $20 fee refunded. If I just did the traditional method of rental, that wouldn't be there... And I had to anyway because the pads weren't in the truck. Horrible experienceAnthony O.
