My reservation was originally made at another location. The time was changed the day before my reserved date. Then when we went to pick up the truck it was not back from the previous customer. My new reserved time was from 10-2. No notice was given ahead of time that the truck had not been returned. A truck at this alternate location was found but we lost a half an hour from the 4 hours I paid for. Overall experience was not enjoyable and will likely not use uhaul again but the employees at both locations did the best they could given the situation.

It was painless. She took my name and keys and answered 3 questions about return. She said she would go out there later to look at truck and then she would email my final receipt to me.

they added unreasonable charges. They charged after hours fee that if they had called me could have been taken care of. They charged a cleaning fee For? And it was 25 dollars. How many brooms does that buy and I wish I could make 25 for 3 min. Of sweeping. I called the # given to me and the girl that answered said she would have this location call. Still not heard from them I will not recommend nor use ever again.

Location is hidden, there is only front desk was not very helpful I parked the trailer I was returning no one to help on backing up trailer or removing it from my vehicle I definitely would not recommend it it's self service basically.

The young man who was working was wonderful. His name was Taylor. The problem was with the system working correctly. My card was charged 4 times with strange amounts and was not promptly returned. I am not going to be using Uhaul for my future moving needs.

I had a terrible time trying to pick up with the uhaul app (before the place was open). Then the guy at the counter was just going to make me wait until I was approved through the app, which was taking over 15 minutes already, instead of just helping me. Here wasn't very friendly, but he did end up helping me and getting the job done.

The self return after hours, I spent 40 minutes trying to finagle to app and the website to return the truck. The website kept asking me to take pictures and when I'd take a picture it would start me over. I never got past taking the picture of the interior. Just took my back to the where it has the link to return the truck. I'm very phone savvy and a calm person. But this irritated me almost to the point of breaking. I ended up not doing it and calling in later leaving a message. All other parts of the service went well, pick up, driving and whatnot. Just this part got me on edge.

The chains were left very long and dragged on the ground for a couple hundred miles until it became dark and the sparks visible. People in other cars kept motioning for us to pull over. We did and put them out of the way.
