Non staffed location, virtual assistant. license wouldn't scan. Brought the truck back with the exact amount of fuel as rented (photos on pick up and drop) was charged for fuel. Needed an additional trailer after we got to location and went to a different U Haul location. They would not rent me a trailer because I already had a piece of equipment out. Waisted several hours. U Haul used to be my go to (I rent 6-8 times a year for my business) but after yesterday I would only use them again as a last resort. I'm done.

Crystal WOur van had mold and mildew in it. At first when we opened it up we thought it was just musty from not being used in a while but shortly after we realized it was mold. I didn’t have time to switch vans before my move but I wish I had.

Brisseida RSIGNIFICANT challenges upon returning the truck that was no fault of the return business. They charged me for mileage over the contract amount when I was assured that if the mileage overage was less than 10% over, there would be no charge. Additionally, the return place did not accept my unused boxes and I had no vehicle with which to transport them.
Joan SFrank and Wendy are so professional. It makes the moving experience very nice. Their knowledge and their kindness goes above and beyond they deserve the most praise by doing their job. The way things should be done. If more people were like they are this world would be a better place. I cannot think them enough, U-Haul is lucky to have them as representatives

JOHN DThey were quick to respond when I arrived at the drop off. They asked if I needed assistance backing up the u-haul to which I accepted. The person picking me up after I dropped off the u-haul was late so I was waiting and the u-haul personnel gave me some water and asked if I wanted to sit inside the building since I had been waiting outside for a good while.
