Your policy on renting trailers is a SCAM. I was carged for 2 days for a 3 hour trip. The service rep said I could get a refund if returned in one day, then after arrival I was denied the refund. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General over the deceptive and predatory scam that U-haul is running. I am totally disgusted and will probably never use U-Haul again. I am blasting this event all over social media so that others willl know how deceptive U-Haul is.

Arthur dAlthough this site was clean there was no designated area to leave the truck. We also could not get the GPS location to work for the mobile app again so it took quite awhile to get through the drop off process.
TROY WMy drop off location is still not recognized by your system so I can’t specify it when making a reservation. I always have to call customer service to advise I’m dropping it off at a location that your reservation system doesn’t recognize. Very inconvenient.
Craig dStop overburdening this location! There are 20+ trailers just sitting there, the manager has continually asked that uhaul stop sending people to this location. At least compensate them for storing your trailers. Shame.

Thomas Cthe strap[ to tie down the tires worked fine for the tie down but could not get the thing to release . The handle for releasing the strap did not work on either side. causing a great deal of problem because I was towing something back. Hauled A JEEP OUT AND THEN A small boat back. I made it work with other straps. Fix your equipment
