My truck was disgusting. It looked like somebody had sneezed a colossal snot glob on the steering wheel. The cupholders were disgusting. The dash was disgusting. The truck was out of alignment and ran so badly my wife asked me if it was going to die. You already fucked me at the location where I was suppose to pick up a truck originally. They didn't have the truck I'd reserved there and I had to go this location, wasting time and gas. Every time I use Uhaul you somehow manage to get worst, every time.

MICHAEL GThe person who works at that facility is miserable and not nice to customers. I parked the 26-ft truck about 50 ft away from the office because a trailer was left there, leaving me only a few inches to pass. I didn’t want to risk damaging the truck. The employee gave me a very bad attitude because of this. I always use U-Haul and try to be careful with the equipment. Not everyone has a CDL, so please make the lot easier for people to park large vehicles.
ION GThis is my preferred location. But this particular experience with the truck was different. It is frustrating when the truck has a lot of damage that your customer is taking the time to document. Why should I, as a customer spent 45 minutes taking photos and retaking them to document scratches and damages that you should be able to have on file and available and I'm only responsible for possibly one or two items that may not be on the existing known list? Also, it's often the case when the fuel gauge is incorrect and causes me to overfill because it takes a long time to update the fuel level in the dash. In those cases, you should credit your customer with the difference of fuel that is clearly documented once the gauges are updated.. for example in this particular case, it was a difference of 1/16th or more. And this has happened nearly every single time I've rented.

ANDREW BI've rented from Uhaul in the past, it's always been more difficult and time-consuming than it should be. This was a totally different experience. I was in and out in no time, both on pickup and drop-off. This place was aces.
Christopher TI dropped the trailer during Christmas Eve, location was closed already. Quite the ordeal getting the trailer off my truck but finally managed. Website and app are really awful for returns. Would not work.

DANNY LWe were not within taking 1 step into the location when the nearest counter attendant declared a very firm and stale statement: “I will not help you today”. Believing it to be a quip, rather than a statement of fact, he followed up with “We can not and will not help you today.” Seeing as I had done no personal wrongdoing to these individuals, I inquired as to why. They stated simply “the national system is down, we can not do anything for any U-Haul rentals today.” Again, having to inquire and seemingly help myself, I asked if there was anything to be done given it was our family’s moving day and we were on a tight schedule. They, again, offered 0 help. One voice did mention an option to call uhauls national help line. With that recommendation, I called U-Haul and was met with great help by Lani and Martha, who walked me through switching to the online check in through the app. They stated it was in fact not a national outage, but specific locations. From that point forward, everything was smooth. I would work with U-Haul again, but I will never return to that location for U-Haul or storage needs, nor would I recommend it after seeing how they treated 100% of other customers in the identical manner during that time.
Matthew WSystem Down and no a alternative plan for something that they go through often , I have to troubleshoot and complete the process of my own reservation just to give them the key number ( I should get the salary hr for that time) even the number provided was wrong and they can’t even offer me the $50 reservation guarantee pick up time knowing the fault is on them
Denise VI entered the office and could not tell who worked there. Was approached by a guy in a t shirt and backwards ballcap. Very awkward and unprofessional.
SCOTT GHe told me im going to be charged $42 dollars i asked for 50 miles i used only 30 miles and added more gaz to the van i got surprised when he charge me another 15 dollars and don’t know for what
MOHAMMAD AI return the vanpool on time before 4 pm on this location but the guy in the office thru the window signal to me to just drop the key to the return drop box. When I received the receipt the following day , surprised to see that they charge me another day because they just check out the truck that following morning . Called customer service and said they will refund me that overcharge fee .
DENNIS FThe UHaul app needs updating it could not correctly report my location when I returned equipment to the correct location. Causing an extra fee to be charged. For self drop off. I wouldn’t recommend using this option if at all possiable until the app is updated

PATRICIA ADan was great! I was surprised that I hadn't been advised before standing in front of Dan that my price per mile was changed from $1.29/mi to $1.39/mi. I ended up spending more than I expected.😏 The truck keys with the unused equipment were returned by 4:20 pm ET the same day.

Hector MNot a very pleasant experience. Agent was upset when I entered because I did not have a reservation. When I walked in I said good afternoon and said I think I just spoke to you on the phone. “You did not! We have no phones here! Do you have a reservation!?” I explained to him I had just spoken to someone on the phone who made me one.. long story short he pulled up 5 different ones? I told him I’d only need the U-Haul for a couple hours and I’d be returning it to the 1 way location of my choice. Was not told they weren’t 24/7 like this location nor did I get any guidance on returning the vehicle after hours. I am now aware that I signed for the terms and conditions. But the combination of being charged $20 fee for an after hours return and the customer service recieved was unacceptable and poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
ZACHARY LAfter picking up the auto hauler/trailer, and several hours into my trip, I found that one tire was showing cords and another was nearly bald (separate sides and both showing wear on the inside tread). Luckily both tires held together for my trip. Upon drop-off, the return location put this trailer out of commission and on the repair list. Next time I will check the tires myself, but if inspected properly by this location, I feel that these tires could've been caught prior to me taking delivery.

ANTHONY KI pointed out to the clerk that one of the four trailer tires looked pretty worn; he assured me all four tires were good; and then halfway into my 1400 mile trip that very tire blew ... pretty frustrating

Brandi SI ordered a furniture dolly and mats but they were not in the truck. The office provided the mats but was out of furniture dollys which significantly impacted my moving experience making moving heavy boxes much more challenging. The office staff were very nice and apologized. Said my order was not indicated as self service but the app was instructing me like a self service
