The staff was very polite and helpful. The only negative thing was that we tried to get the uhaul originally on a Saturday and the system was down. Again, the men there were patient and tried for over an hour to manually get my information in, but I ended up having to reschedule for the next day. That was pretty upsetting, and apparently it is something that tends to happen?
