KRIS BI was very surprised when I expected my fee to be approximately $94.02 dollars, but the final charge came to nearly $482.20. It was not communicated to me during the online reservation process that additional charges would be applied on a per-mile basis. There should have been much more transparency regarding the pricing structure prop to confirming the reservation. Very unhappy and believe this is a scam. The truck was old and I didn't feel safe driving it.

Dennis KWindshield was covered in bugs, cabin was dirty, cup holder had spilled coffee with cream in it and around it. Not being familiar with this vehicle it would have been nice to have had someone tell me where the gas tank filler was located.
Wayne RAll trailers should be equipped with a tongue stand or at least include the option to add one to the rental. That would have made my rental experience a lot more easier and enjoyable

My schedule ended up shifting due to a project delay, and I was running behind—but Dan didn’t miss a beat. He stayed patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He didn’t just complete the transaction, he made sure we were fully prepared for the trip and confident before leaving. That level of care makes a difference. I occasionally need U-Haul services for local projects, and this location has officially become my first choice. Dan’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile are a big reason why. Highly recommend!

Tatiana VMidgard is always my preferred choice for U-Haul rentals. I have many other options nearby. I'm sure they are all very good, but I just love the convenience, availability, and the great customer service. As far as improvements are concerned, I don't see any needed at this location. Thank You!
Francisco HFreaking empty tank of gas made me incur $145 of gas cost UPFRONT!! I have receipt to prove as well. This should also be documented. Someone needs to get please call me to resolve this. I was told they would leave very detailed notes of my experience so that when I closed it out they would take care of it.

Jafar AI have rented 5 or 6 trucks from tbis location , each time the man behind tbe desk has been rude, and unpleasant. This latest rental he was confontational , when he finally arrived back at the rental counter. Ths time i made a formal complaint through the company with a promise i would be contacted .. i still have not been contacted . While the added expense of travelling further to rent and return ( they charge by tbe mile )is burdensome , i will be looking for a different company.. i will be encouraging otjets tbrough various review sites as well
