Other customers were complaining that the entrances were blocked due to the parking of some trucks. I was also unsure where to return my keys, the return box tells me to use uhaul.com/share but the information is outdated.Brandon S.

Marginal customer service. After turning in key, I remembered that I needed to go back to truck to read the mileage. only one key was on counter and I assumed it was mine and asked if I could use it to go back to start truck to read odometer. It was the wrong key (and surely the attendant knew that and did nothing to help). So I had to return it and said, "This is the wrong key." He said, "Yeah, you took the wrong one." No that is not the case, it was the only key on the counter and he did nothing to make sure I had the right key. Just overall, not friendly or helpful.PATRICIA B.

The vehicle I had reserved was given to someone else which caused a delay because I had to wait in line despite having done the online reservation. Then, the mileage on the vehicle was about 100 miles off from the mileage on the online vehicle assessment process, which required me to return to the desk. I dont think its entirely their fault but this location is very busy and understaffed for the number of customers who come in. Expect long waits and mistakes.Jay R.

Mileage was not recorded at checkout and they wanted to charge me an extra 700 miles. Truck was on its legs with 114k Mike's. Loose steering window didn't roll down smelled real bad. Missing equipment at pickup. Horrible.GARY H.

First van was dirty with several crumbs and was clearly never cleaned. Had ants crawling around. Staff blamed it on being parked under a tree. The person did get us a new vehicle, which was much larger and harder to drive with bad gas mileage. Staff was friendly enough but it was not a good experience.David K.

Arrive at 10:50 due back at 11. Employee on phone diagnosing printer problem. Did not acknowledge me. He interrupted call to answer call from his mom and he said he was busy and to call Patrick. He went back to his other call still not acknowledging me. 10 minutes go by and another employee enters from outside and asks if I am being helped. I said no and told him I was dropping off truck. He looked at paperwork asked if everything ok and told me I would receive an email receipt. I would coach the first guy on customer interaction improvements and praise the second guy.Harry A.

Drop off location was a bit sketchy at night. Didn't feel comfortable having to hand out and take pictures late, and then the location for dropping off the key was blocked by other Uhauls from view so it took some back and forth to try and find.Waymon M.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a moving rental... I have to be honest... I felt like I was dealing with a fast food restaurant that rented trailers on the side. I had to drive to 3 locations in order to pick up the equipment I booked 2 weeks in advance... no equipment available... went to second location where no one ever showed up and they had no idea when they where open... then 3rd location was really good.. uhaul as a whole was very sad... I was promised a discount for the inconvenience and it never happened... I will try to never use them again after all this.William G.

The Silverado pickup had two problems. The drivers side door has noise like it was over extended and is creaking when opened or closed. The headlights are very dim. We drove last night on Hwy 60 and they were barely adequate. Overall the truck and trailer did fine.Mark S.

I came in to pick up the trailer I had rented and it wasn't checked in yet. It was raining so the guys quickly checked it in and then assigned it over to me and hooked me up! This service at first seemed great! But shortly after I blew a tire on I4 and was stuck for 3 hours on the side of a dangerous highway. Once repaired the tire tech pointed out the other tire also had gashes in it and wasn't fit to drive further. I had already sent my daughter to the closest uhaul dealer where we were stranded- rented a truck and we switched out the contents on the side of the roadâ€¦ while we waited those 3 hours. The trailer was empty- so I dropped at closest location.STEPHANIE V.
