My only concern was the extended wait time I had when picking up the trailer. It was a Saturday morning which I can expect to be busy, but half the people in front of me didn't have a reservation. It would be nice to have a separate check-in for customers with reservations. Other customer's poor time management/planning shouldn't have to affect customers that plan and make reservations for a specific time. When there aren't customers with reservations then the staff could help whomever. Focus on customers with reservations as it's guaranteed money standing in front of you.MATTHEW G.

The truck ran great. Only used for three hours. When I got the truck it was only in 1/4 tank of gas and when I was done using it the guy said to bring it back at that same level. So I did and they charged me a extra 30 dollar fee for gas off my card. There closed now and I'm calling tomorrow. Not happyâ€¦DYLAN B.

The truck was covered with bugs the front windshield I couldn't see out of when I picked it up, I wipe down the steering wheel and seats and wash the front windshield to get off his many bugs I couldROBERT D.

The agent didn't give me correct information. He told me that I had to be there by 5:30, that was the latest that I could pick up the truck. When I got there I was told that 6pm was the latest. I was already stuck in traffic and came there 1st instead of dropping off my grandkids. Then when I got there he didn't even walk out with me to view or show me which truck I would be getting. I had to just try the key to each $19 truck to see if it fitted. I've used you guys before but it's been awhile. So, I really wasn't expecting this. I was already running late and stuck in traffic then had to find my own truck. I did take pictures because I can't afford you guys saying I did some damage. Then the app wasn't connecting me when I was trying to drop off the key. I really don't want any extra changes there. Lol I put more gas in it then I intended to. I t wasn't full when I got it. Other than my frustration the location was great!LETITIA W.

I had trouble with app both times that I rented from U-Haul. Today I was charged more than I should have been because the app did not adjust when I entered the odometer reading and the gas level reading into the app. This is the second time that I had trouble using this app. The first time that I rented from U-Haul and had an after hours drop off, the app would not take my information or upload any needed photos. I am disappointed in my experiences with U-Haul and will probably use a different service in the future.LAURA R.

Completely misled by sales associate. Was told .99 per mile then charged 1.19. Also there was a 1/4 tank of gas when rented. I drove 62 miles refueled $20.00 bringing it back to 1/4 tank. Getting a bill for 46.50 saying I was 3 gallons short. I have a witness 1/4 tank when rented and 1/4 tank when returned. I am 100% contacting my attorney I have on retainer and I am moving forward 100% on any action I am entitled to. How could your company be this dishonest!! I feel sorry for you!!MICHAEL Z.

The Uhaul had over 105,000 miles on it, the windshield was covered in dead bugs, there were numerous items inside the cab that were damaged, the transmission shifted hard, and the steering was really looseCHRIS G.
