Was not able to access the 24/7 check out feature after trying for 30 minutes. Luckily there was a human I could check out the truck with. That process went smoothly and efficiently.

KEVIN HBring reserved vehicles closer to the front. It was annoying walking 3/4 the way across the property to locate the vehicle, then 3/4 the way back to get the key, then AGAIN 3/4 the way to get the vehicle. They could have moved it to the front of the property.

PETER JTransparency. We rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer as well as bought receiver hitch from this location to tow it . We were told upon gentleman hooking up trailer that if we didn’t have the old style trailer plug adapter for lights we had to purchase one in order to move forward with rental . We have the newer style trailer plug hookup which most use these days . It would have been nice to know this prior to coming . Forced to buy a nearly $30 plug adapter in order to use rental is ridiculous.

PAUL LI rented a trailer this past Monday for a trip to North Carolina. I told the attendant that something was wrong with the trailers ride but he insisted that it had brand new tires and that all would be well once I balanced the weight. I made it 1 hour to Ocala before stopping at a U-Haul center there, getting a different trailer, taking it to NC and leaving the original trailer there until I came back yesterday. I picked up the original trailer and started heading back to Lutz to return it and ended up having a tire blow out on me on the interstate. As I stated, I knew that there was something wrong with that trailer. Roadside assistance and the gentleman that came to replace the tire were all great to deal with.

Halee TI had a 9:00 appointment and at 9:00 the facility was opened there were a lot of other customers and everyone was directed and handled in an awesome manner they had virtual check-in person to person check in and the customer service was just exceptional I would recommend this location to anyone

DOUGLAS HThis location probably shouldn’t be a U-Haul agent. They Knowles rented a trailer with bad tires and when I brought it back after driving it down the street, they refused to do anything about it. They told me to call roadside assistance. Really?!? From their parking lot? I will never use that location ever again. They lied to me about several things and now I can’t believe them on anything they told me. When I asked them where I was supposed to return the trailer at in Tallahassee they said any location but then they told me that I could return it to the 5050 West Tennessee street location. When I asked them how late that location would be open that day they told me 7:00 pm. I asked them even on a Sunday and they said yes. That was another lie. That location closed at 5:00 pm on Sundays which U-Haul customer service told me after I dropped off the trailer at that location.

William MTwo front tires fell apart while on highway. Thankfully a car flagged us down to let us know. We had felt something weird had happened and just fortunate both tires did not go at same time. We had to tell roadside we wanted 2 new tires and they were hesitant regarding two. When trailer was pick3d up they had left two ramps in them that cost $10 each x 7 days. Through no fault of our own we had to drive in and return the ramps that they did not realize had been left in trailer. So much for road safety. We were so stressed driving the rest of our trip worried about what could happen next. You will not get any recommendations from us regarding safety.
FRANCIS GAll in all, I had a terrible experience dealing with Uhaul. My appointment was made to have my hitch installed at the Florida Ave location in Tampa. My appointment was scheduled at least 2 weeks in the future and an appointment was made. They said it would be ample time for the equipment to arrive. I was there at my scheduled appointment date and time only to find out after waiting 45 minutes that the part hadn't arrived. I then made another appointment. It was very inconvenient for me. Prior to making my hitch installation appointment I had gone down to the ST. Rd 54 location in Land o Lakes/Lutz location regarding pricing. I was given a quote for my 5X8 closed trailer.and advised they did not do hitch installation and sent me to the Florida Ave location for that. I was told it was only about $20 more to rent the 5x8 as opposed to the 4x8. I was quoted a price of a little over $500. With that, I scheduled to rent the 5x8 from that location. The man who helped me had scribbled down the estimate on the back of a Uhaul card. I picked up the trailer from that location and was absolutely stunned that I was being charged $920.00 for the rental. I was aware of the additional $40 charge for insurance and additional for the taxes. I did not see what was charged to my account until after arriving home and receiving the invoice by email. During packing up my place I lost the business card with that estimate. I contacted Uhaul to advise of the price discrepancy and was told the price I was charged was correct. While I explained I chose Uhaul due to price but I was charged like twice the amount of my quote. The representative told me she was sorry I was quoted incorrectly but there was nothing she can do about that. I found the entire experience with Uhaul to be quite questionable. I need these issues addressed. If I do not hear back from you regarding this whole mess, I will be sure to contact corporate to complain directly. e and an appointment was made. In the past I have reserved trucks at other uhaul dealers and the truck isn’t there when I come to pick it up. Great job for having the inventory available.

megan kDefinitely preferred checking in at the counter vs the virtual check in. This time, everything was super fast and easy. I always use this location for my Uhaul rental needs.
Chad OI was charged $25 for cleaning and I got the van also not cleaned; however, no one checked out the van they just gave me the key and sent me a receipt and contract via email. The guy used a blower and a small wisk broom an 3:00 to blow it the van and sweep the sidedoor step out and I got charged $25.00 for that. Won't ever use this site again.

JEFFRY WUpdate the mobile app with better and more up to date information on inventory. The app showed me there weren’t any cargo vans at my location, meanwhile the site showed there was. Other than that I had a great experience!
