Rented a vehicle transport trailer. Great spot with plenty of space to hook and unhook. Staff was great and got us in and out quickly. Drop off was even faster!!! Definitely recommend this location (midgard storage lutz)

Hardik DThe driver side lights were unplugged thank God I had somebody with me that knew how to open the hood and plug the lights back in I would suggest you have somebody there to make sure that the lights are on. I was moving in the dark. It would’ve been terrible with just one headlight.

ANGEL RI was happy with this location. However, my original rental was at the uhaul on Ronnach dr in wesley chapel. What a joke. I had no truck ready. I hadmy reservation for a week. How does that happen? Because that location is poorly run and managed. What a terrible experience. And i have a 50.00 credit coming to me as promised by a corporate person which of course HAS NOT HAPPENED YET! Can you help with this. It was for my inconvenience if having to deive to another location to get a truck. My personal opinion is my whole fee should come back to me, but i want my 50.00

The two gentleman in the office are professional, and answer all the questions we ask them. I definitely use them again and recommend their business to others.

DENISSE HIt was quick and they were friendly. At first, I went to the BP on Land O Lakes Boulevard in Land O Lakes. I had a problem. The guy wouldn’t come outside and help and he said he could care less about U-Haul. He doesn’t work for them. So you guys found me this new place in lutz they were wonderful, but it put me so far behind. I didn’t get my truck loaded in time to leave. You did refund $50 for my troubles, I appreciate it. You should not let that BP gas station and Land O Lakes rent out u-hauls. They don’t care and they’re gonna give you a bad name. I did report it so it is in your records. I sure hope somebody does something about it. Thank you.

ANGELA CI am very unhappy with Midgard. I reserved a van for two days to go approx. 300 miles. They quoted me a price of $217 + tax as long as we returned the van in good condition and gassed up to the point where we started. We did both of those things, so when I saw a charge of over $325 on my credit card, I called Midgard. I did add insurance, but it did not result in a1/3 uptick in the actual bill against their quote. In fact, they told me that they are beholden to "whatever the UHaul system quotes so I needed to call them." So, I called UHaul for an explanation and the receipt I never received one from Midgard. (UHaul verified my email and told me Midgard sent me a rcpt. the morning after the rental, but it is not in my SPAM folder or Inbox. Yet, when UHaul sent the recpt. it immediately came to my inbox. No surprise!) According to UHaul, the record for my order no. is not at all the order I placed with Midgard. UHaul's records show that Midguard recorded me as having a reservation for $119 for going less than or up to 100 miles, which was not even close to the order I placed. I knew how far I was going and how long we would have the truck. My thought is that Midgard can get away with this kind of bs of underquoting to get the rental and whatever profit they make from UHaul, and they don't have to be accountable for it whatsoever. When the bill is a problem later, they can just pass it off to UHaul.

KEVIN HBring reserved vehicles closer to the front. It was annoying walking 3/4 the way across the property to locate the vehicle, then 3/4 the way back to get the key, then AGAIN 3/4 the way to get the vehicle. They could have moved it to the front of the property.

PETER JTransparency. We rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer as well as bought receiver hitch from this location to tow it . We were told upon gentleman hooking up trailer that if we didn’t have the old style trailer plug adapter for lights we had to purchase one in order to move forward with rental . We have the newer style trailer plug hookup which most use these days . It would have been nice to know this prior to coming . Forced to buy a nearly $30 plug adapter in order to use rental is ridiculous.

PAUL LI rented a trailer this past Monday for a trip to North Carolina. I told the attendant that something was wrong with the trailers ride but he insisted that it had brand new tires and that all would be well once I balanced the weight. I made it 1 hour to Ocala before stopping at a U-Haul center there, getting a different trailer, taking it to NC and leaving the original trailer there until I came back yesterday. I picked up the original trailer and started heading back to Lutz to return it and ended up having a tire blow out on me on the interstate. As I stated, I knew that there was something wrong with that trailer. Roadside assistance and the gentleman that came to replace the tire were all great to deal with.
