The app wasn't working. The people inside didn't help with anything. The dollies and furniture pads weren't there. I had to call around and find another uhaul place to go. Then they didn't have the furniture dolly. I was still charged for the furniture dolly. I had to call like 6 or 7 times about the dolly. It was never corrected so when I turned in the truck they wanted to charge me $80 because the dolly wasn't there. I told them that I never received a furniture dolly. So it was a complete mess and VERY frustrating. The tail lights didn't work on the truck and doors wouldn't close all the way sometimes.
